About City League Hoops

City League Hoops is finally here and the league will operate its first season from October to December at Loyola Catholic Secondary School.  Players will have the chance to compete with some of the top talent in the city in a league structure. Operating on Saturdays, City League Hoops starts off with a draft combine to create teams, transitions to the regular season and finally ends with an NCAA bracket style playoffs to determine the league champions.  The emphasis is on elevating the experience of young basketball players by providing professional coaching, training, and game officiating. Scores, standings, schedules and stats will be updated to our City League Hoops website so you can see when your next game is, how your friend’s team did or to keep track of your team’s success. Game days are sure to be exciting with a 2 game/ day format and practise days will be designed to improve your game readiness. To ensure that the talent level is high, players must qualify to play in City League Hoops through an evaluation by our team of professional coaches.
